Two small, rounded lodge cabins with wooden exteriors and black doors are situated among trees. One tiny home has a lit entrance with outdoor lights, and there is a stone pathway leading to it. Green shrubs and grass surround the area.

Tucked away behind The Plough Inn in the charming village of Finstock, our two beautifully crafted cabins offer the perfect countryside retreat. Blending rustic charm with modern comforts, each cabin features a cosy double bed adorned with Egyptian cotton sheets, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Relax in the garden area, complete with seating and ambient lighting—ideal for soaking up the sun or stargazing with a glass of wine. Guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a 43" smart TV, and convenient on-site parking. Being just a short stroll from our historic thatched pub, you can savour freshly prepared meals and local ales, with a 10% discount on food for cabin guests. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or a peaceful solo escape, our cabins provide a serene base to explore the natural beauty and attractions of Oxfordshire.

FAQS

  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

    We also offer early check-in from 1:00 PM, and late check-out from 11:30 AM for £10 each.

  • Yes - we love animals (and even have our own pub dog - Hugh!).

    Both our cabins are pet-friendly, however we ask to be mindful of keeping muddy paws off the bedding.

  • The cabin’s are fully equipped with modern amenities including a kitchenette, double bed, private bathroom with a double shower, large flatscreen TV, and a sofa bed

  • Yes - both cabins have radiators, meaning the cabins are nice and cosy, no matter the season!

  • Breakfast consists of pastries, bread, jam, butter, cheese, yoghurt, fruit and cereals, and is £15 per person.

    Breakfast can either be delivered to your cabin in the morning, or if you prefer to have a lay in, we can deliver your breakfast to your cabin in the evening.

    Breakfast is to be pre-booked when you make your booking.

  • Both cabins have private parking directly outside them, which our cabin guests are free to use during their stay.

    We currently offer bottles of wine, Prosecco, champagne, balloons, and celebration banners to be placed in the room on arrival.
