MAIN COURSES

 Paela la Marinera - Originating from the Ebro River Delta. This dish includes Tiger Prawns, Mussels and Chicken

 Conejo en Vino Tinto - Casserole of Rabbit and Red Wine with Paprika and Jamon

Besugo al Horno - Fresh Whole Bream baked  with Capsicum, Chilli and Potatoes

Tumbet - A traditional Spanish dish of Baked Layered Vegetables with Tomatoes, Thyme. Eggplants and Allioli

All Main Courses are served with Escalivada [barbecued vegetable salad] and patatas a lo Pobre [poor man’s potatoes]
